Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) and Predictive Maintenance are based on monitoring the actual conditions of the asset to decide what maintenance should be done. We have developed the Terative® system for predictive maintenance, which allows real-time monitoring of the status of your equipment in the plant, thus avoiding breakages that generate unexpected stops, while at the same time eliminating risks for operators, by not exposing them to measurements on rotating machines.

Non-invasive instrumentation

The sensors are designed for quick and simple installation, so that it does not invade your equipment, avoiding the revalidation of systems that are in operation.

Machine Foot Processing

The processors are simple to install at the foot of the machine, with a powerful high-speed signal processing capacity and with high-level languages. With their power supply via a POE type network, the absence of internal batteries, their IP67 degree of protection and the robust design with EMC certification, they make the processors the ideal equipment for maintenance-free field data collection.

Cloud Analysis Platform

It shows the operator the trend graphs of the different measured variables, such as vibrations, currents, operating temperatures, relative humidity, among other variables.
